Our Program
Jarratt Cattle Company is a beef cattle operation selecting for genetics that finish on grass.
Our mission is to provide cattle that produce tender and flavorful beef when finished on grass. We select for cattle capable of finishing on perennial pasture with an emphasis on profitability. This is done with management that syncs the nutrition requirements of our cattle's production cycle and when those nutrition resources are naturally available in season.
